The group is the layer of the page above the background.

It is made to contain as many blocs as you want, as long as the blocs :

• have the same background,
• are disposed in the same number of columns.

To say it differently :

• as soon as you want your video, your text, your image or whatever bloc to have a different background than the bloc above, you have to create a new group.
• And as soon as you want to change the number of columns in your page, you have to create a new group.

It is as simple as that.

Here on my page, under my timer, I want to put text in a left column and an image in the right column.

So I add a new group to my page and select the layout I need.

You can also edit the color of background.

It will apply OVER the background settings of the underneath section.
