Thank you for participating in this interview. We are really interested in how people use the Grenville City website, and where they go to find what they’re looking for. We appreciate your willingness to take the time to talk to us.
In this interview, I want to focus on how you have, or how you might, use the Greenville City website. There are no right or wrong answers - your answers are unique to you.
The interview should not take longer than an hour, depending on how much you want to talk. The interview is of course voluntary, and you can stop at any time for any reason.
Any of your responses that I share with anyone will be anonymous.
Finally, may I record the interview? I won’t share the recording with anyone - it’s just because I’m not great at taking notes, and my memory isn’t what it used to be. I will delete the recording once the project is finished.
