Role Purpose

Co-leading this project with Tommity, you’ll help develop and implement Freezer Burn’s first theme camp competition where interested camp leads and their campers are inspired to and shown how to gradually create a more environmentally sustainable and cost-effective theme camp for next year.

An example of such a process is the “Burner Leadership Achieving Sustainable Theme Camps (BLAST)” system, which was developed for Burning Man and adapted by Kiwi Burn and other regional events.
