Gravity Proposal to Parent TEC Community

Before a proposal leaves the TEC community, it needs to get internal support. This happens in the TEC Forum, with some interaction with the TEC Discord community.

Once a proposal has been approved internally, it can go to the wider 1hive community to ask for real funds, in the form of xDAI, so that task completion can be rewarded.

While funding is being sought, tasks can be created and roles assigned using the DeWork platform.

Typically there are permanent roles and ad hoc bounty earning roles.
