We went from school to school in rural Haryana, hoping to inculcate an innovative culture amongst students, to solve the most pressing problems they saw around them.

Some solutions students came up with :

• Ventilation systems for their mothers to not breathe wood burning chulha's toxic fumes.
• Locking mechanism boxes to keep alcohol hidden from alcoholic fathers.
• Meshes in drains, to stop plastics from clogging the sewers in front of the school, and consequent flooding.
