For most of 2021 to 2025, I was the sole designer and designed their Saas product from the ground up. During my time, there have been two major releases, the first version of the platform with the core mapping technology and insight reports view.

Challenge

For a while, Graphika was a service-based business, providing custom or narrowly scoped reports to the client. However, it was not a scalable model, so Graphika brought me on to design their first SaaS product.
