Role Overview
StaffAI is on a mission to redefine how mid-market companies build their revenue teams.
We deploy commission-only AI employees that operate like human reps and are compensated solely on the outcomes they deliver, fully aligned with the revenue impact they generate.
This model lets companies scale their sales and marketing capacity instantly, without adding headcount, overhead, or ramp time.
Our AI employees rely on the StaffAI Graph to understand the world. Your job will be to scale our proprietary ontology.
What You’ll Do
- Design and evolve StaffAI’s knowledge and workflow graph, defining how entities (customers, agents, data, automations) interconnect to drive reuse, insight, and autonomy.
- Architect scalable, modular infrastructure for reuse in customer deployments.
- Design integrations and automations that bridge customer systems with StaffAI’s platform.
- Help define best practices around reusable agent frameworks, data models, toolsets, and playbooks.
- Collaborate with Forward-Deployed CTOs to identify reusable patterns and consolidate them into platform components.
- Mentor and enable engineers and AI agents across both customer and platform domains to drive technical excellence.
About You
- Working experience with knowledge graph and graph database technologies, such as: Neo4j, AWS Neptune, and SPARQL
- Hands-on experience writing and optimizing graph queries using languages such as Cypher, Gremlin
