Getting the best from our new volunteers is dependent on how seamless we are able to transition them to Notion. Now that we have added them to HR cloud, lets’ add them to Notion. Kindly follow the steps below to get them up and running.

Step 1

• Copy the new joiner’s name from #ask-notion
• Put a rocket emoji (this helps to inform team members that you have added new joiner to Notion)
• Search for new joiner in HR Cloud directory
• Click on new joiner profile → Click on personal → Scroll down and copy email address.

Step 2

• Open Notion → Go to settings & members
• Click on Add Members → Paste email address → Add new joiner
• Click on Groups → Go to Onboarding (first section under groups) → Scroll down to Add Members → Paste email address and add new joiner.

Step 3

Notify the new joiner via Slack . See a draft below (feel free to freestyle)
