ABOUT:
Grand Games is a semester-long project for a class titled Design for Community Change. The premise of the class was to encourage community engagement and ownership of Grand Park in Los Angeles. Through collaboration with Grand Park stakeholders and design-strategy agency verynice, my team ideated a system of signs that encourage positive engagement with the park space. By presenting cultural games for people to play while walking, we aim to increase park visitation and promote a sense of community.
Grand Games are designed to be played by everyone who comes across them, without the need for any special skills, devices, or equipment.
