1. Make the background black choose any text here i took Anton
2. Click on gradient map and choose your gradient and make sure it have white black on ends
3. Go to blur gallery then choose tilt shift, now increase the blur and adjust the lines with angles you desire
4. And if your text are black and background is white ,here you need to adjust the first and last point of color in gradient map
