This document and the referenced sections provide an overview of the Governance vision for Nangu. In our search for the right direction we are balancing several core principles:

Alignment with the Nangu Core values. Nangus governance vision is built on top of Nangus core values. These values form the foundation of how Nangu operates, makes decisions and grows.
The ability to scale in a global economy. Today, Nangu is a small initiative by a few people. We envision Nangu to scale to thousands of people, all over the planet, benefiting from and shaping the direction of Nangu.
Having few fundamental building blocks. Nangu’s core components need to be simple, and easy to understand. This will allow us to build a scalable organization.
