When you first sync Google Fit to Lose It!, the steps counter will appear on the Log under Exercise confirming the sync has completed.

For example, let’s say Ahmed decides to auto-track their steps using Google Fit. After syncing Lose It! with Google Fit, Ahmed notices the steps counter on his Log under the Exercise section:

As the day progresses, Ahmed carries his phone in his pocket and the Google Fit app records his steps and shares it with Lose It!. Later on in the day, he exceeds the steps that Lose It! estimates he takes daily and is given a calorie bonus.

Ahmed decides to play basketball to burn some extra calories. He carries his phone in his pocket and goes around the neighborhood towards a nearby park. He decides to log this workout. The calorie burn of 213 calories from the basketball workout is added to his calorie budget as extra calories.
