What happened

Every bash invocation failed with useradd: input/output error — a Cowork sandbox provisioning failure that blocked every fallback path the resilience overlay falls back to. Supermetrics Google Ads (the next-tier fallback) returned NOT_AUTHENTICATED and requires a live chat surface to walk through re-auth. Read-only file tools and the Notion MCP stayed healthy, so the deliverable, QA queue mirror, handoff doc, and this Notion entry were produced.

Nothing was changed in Google Ads. Yesterday's negative list (~2096 campaign negatives) is still in place and serving.
