PMax was not reduced. Active PMax 23824304804, Pmax 2026, has $280/day budget, $5,103.51 spend, 40 conversions in the last 30 days, about $127.59 reported CPA. The active Spanish campaign had $3,610.63 spend and 11 conversions, about $328.24 reported CPA. Based on that data alone, reducing PMax by $80/day to fund Spanish would not be evidence-backed. The Lexington Spanish campaign was therefore staged paused rather than enabled or offset with a budget cut.
