Session Objective

Stage a durable local Google Ads and NotFair repo surface that future agents can use, and fix the NotFair slash-command problem so the six command labels are callable rather than only documented in prose.

What Was Accomplished

• Used the existing canonical paid-search home: /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Repos/sail-googleads.
• Added Repos/sail-googleads/AGENTS.md and Repos/sail-googleads/README.md as the local repo entrypoints.
• Added NotFair workspace docs under Repos/sail-googleads/notfair/, including runbooks, reference map, logs folder, handoffs folder, automation registry, and a future weekly negative queue schema.
• Added six NotFair source command prompts under Repos/sail-googleads/notfair/slash-commands/.
• Added six callable Projects-root command files under /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/.claude/commands/.
• Added six callable Google Ads sub-environment command files under /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Repos/sail-googleads/google-ads/.claude/commands/.
• Updated Skills/sail-cmo-onboarding-google-ads/SKILL.md frontmatter with all six slash commands.
• Updated stale Google Ads docs in Repos/sail-googleads/google-ads/CLAUDE.md and Repos/sail-googleads/google-ads/README.md so current work uses NotFair first when exposed.
• Saved local session log: /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/admin/session_logs/google-ads-notfair-local-repo-and-slash-commands-2026-06-14.md.
