Critical finding: Spanish conversion gap root cause

Pulled CallRail directly. 12 Spanish-line calls in last 30d, 10 qualified (answered + ≥30s), 0 with GCLID captured.

CallRail attributes all 12 to 'Spanish Google Ads' via tracker pool, but the GCLID JS capture isn't working on the /es landing page. Without GCLID, Google can't match calls to clicks. That's why Google Ads only sees the 8 in-ad-call-extension conversions in 14 days.

Three paths forward (Sam needs to pick):

Framework script for path B is wired but not executed — needs Sam's call on which conversion action to use.

Ad-group analysis on Car Accidents 2026 (CPC spike pinpointed)

The +85% WoW CPC spike is concentrated in Auto Accident Attorney Louisville ad group (CPC +203%, $30.11 → $91.12). Smoking gun: the phrase keyword lawyer accident burned $300.46 on 2 clicks at $150.23 CPC — same keyword had $0 spend the prior week.

Also flagged: Car Accident Lawyer Louisville ad group has 51.8% IS lost to rank. With the new $150 tCPA the bidder will pull bids, which will hurt this group further.
