2. Customer Responsibilities

Opt-in/Opt-out Management: Customers must implement proper opt-in mechanisms for all communications and honor opt-out requests promptly.

Compliance: Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
• CAN-SPAM Act
• GDPR and other privacy regulations
• Industry-specific regulations

3. Data Ownership

• Customer Data Ownership: Customers retain full ownership of all data, content, and information provided to or generated through the Services
• Processing Rights: Goldfish10X processes customer data solely to provide the Services and as directed by the customer
• Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect customer data
