➼ Unless stated in caption backouts are NOT allowed without replacement

➼ If a set is not full we can still order however claims are not guaranteed so sorting will occur. We will always warn when we may not get a full set.

➼ Unless shipping is needed asap we will always try to give 1 week for EMS payments to be made

➼ When working out Initials we round the prices up to avoid any fees. Due to this and conversion rates constantly changing we usually have some leftover money. This will be put towards EMS, we will always let you know if this is happens.

➼ We are very transparent with all money related things in GO’s as it is your money you're trusting us with. Proof of payment will always be sent for initials, ems and customs. Please feel free to message if you have any confusion about payment amounts.

➼ Customs will be needed very quickly to ensure the package gets delivered quickly. PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE CUSTOMS. If customs are ignored your item will not be sent to you and you will be blacklisted from further GO’s

➼ If you have not paid your DOMS in 2 weeks and we haven't heard from you your claims will be put up for reclaim with no refund

➼ Any missing payments after a deadline will incur a 50p late fee per day. After a week this will go up to £1. If still not paid in 2 weeks your claims will be put up for reclaim with no refund. If you need an extension please give at least 2 days notice.

➼ We are relatively quick with packing however please bear in mind that one of us works full time and the other is a full time university student. If there will be any delays we will always be fully transparent.
