Project Overview

GlowWell Studio is an online wellness brand preparing for a 30-day launch of a digital fitness program. The business required structured operations, clear task management, and performance tracking to ensure a smooth launch.

As the Online Business Manager, my role was to organize the launch workflow, coordinate team responsibilities, track key performance indicators, and ensure deadlines were met.

Key Objectives

Establish a centralized operations dashboard

Task Management System Created a Kanban task board in Notion to organize work into:
