By downloading, installing, or using GlowUp! ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
GlowUp! is a personal style coaching application that provides AI-powered outfit analysis, style recommendations, and appearance guidance. The App uses artificial intelligence for style suggestions only — it does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.
GlowUp! offers auto-renewable subscriptions: • Weekly: $4.99/week • Monthly: $9.99/month • Annual: $29.99/year (with 3-day free trial)
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The App uses artificial intelligence (HuggingFace Inference API) to generate style advice, outfit analysis, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Results may not always be accurate. GlowUp! does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.
You retain ownership of any photos or content you provide to the App. Photos uploaded for AI analysis are processed in real-time and are NOT stored on our servers. All personal data (profile, preferences, outfit logs) is stored locally on your device only.
You agree not to: • Use the App for any unlawful purpose • Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Use the App to harm, harass, or discriminate against any person
GlowUp! and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by GlowUp and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
