How does the Glow Score work?
Gloura analyzes your selfie and quiz answers to calculate a personalized Glow Score between 0–100. It reflects your skin health based on complexion, lifestyle habits, skin concerns, and sensitivity. Rescan every 7 days to track progress.
How do I reset my routine?
Go to your Profile, tap Settings, and select "Retake Skin Quiz." Your routine will be rebuilt based on your new answers.
Why can't I see my chat history?
Chat history syncs automatically when you're connected to the internet. If a session is missing, make sure you're signed in and have an active connection.
How does the expert chat work?
You can send questions directly to skincare experts through the Experts tab. Experts typically respond within 10 minutes to 1 hour. You can also attach photos for more personalized advice.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Gloura → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain Premium access until the end of your billing period.
