Key terms you'll hear throughout the role.

Brands and Service Lines

• FS — Franchise Sellers (franchisee-focused brand)
• CS — Company Sellers (independent business brand)
• Toolkit — The flat-fee marketing service (your area)
• Full Service — The commission-based brokerage service (Client Managers run these)

People and Roles

• Zee — Franchisee — the individual who owns and operates a franchise location
• Zor — Franchisor — the corporate franchise brand
• Toolkit Manager — You. Owns Toolkit listings end-to-end after admin handoff.
• Buyer Manager — Yvonne. Manages buyer intake, NDA, profile, and forwards to seller.
• Client Manager (CM) — Runs Full Service deals (not Toolkit). Templa, Rich, Alicea.
• Marketing Manager — Approves ad copy, manages recasts.

Documents and Deliverables

• CIM — Confidential Information Memorandum. The marketing document about a listed business, sent to qualified buyers. Also called Business Summary, CBR, or Presentation.
• Business Summary / CBR / Presentation — Same thing as CIM, different name.
