Instructions:
1 Flag out to a 45-degree angle with left foot popped
2 Flag moved down (still at an angle), right foot popped, left hand moves up to stabilize flag in thumbs up position
3 Left foot popped again, flag moved to left at an angle
4 Right foot popped, left hand slides down the pole and right hand moves flag to a higher angle
5 Switch your right hand to thumbs down and move flag to the right, similar to the feeling of a row down, flag should be pointed down
6 Flag back up, quickly switch right hand back to thumbs down, and repeat the same flag movement to the right
7 Flag pointing down
8 Flag back up, switch hand to either thumbs up or thumbs down depending on next move
