Crunchbase publishes business information about companies. It contains general data about companies, such as what they do, how many employees they have, and how many years they’ve been in business; as well as investment and funding information. These insights can help you understand why a lead has contacted your company and how to talk to them. 1️⃣ How Can I Find My Leads’ Crunchbase Data?

You will receive some information about your lead via Email and WhatsApp as soon as a Meeting is booked if those notifications are active. To learn more about setting them up, read

Step 1: Find a Customer

  1. Go to your Customers page.
  2. On the sidebar, find the Customer whose information you want to look up. If it’s easier for you, you can also look up their name by clicking on the search bar.
  3. If you’re not already there, click on the Details tab.

Step 2: View their Crunchbase data

  1. Click on the Crunchbase accordion to open it. There you go! All of the information Lineup has been able to gather for you will be found here.

2️⃣ What Information Does Lineup Give Me Access to?

In the Crunchbase data accordion, you will find detailed information about the company your lead is currently working at. By clicking on the link icon, you can also go to the Crunchbase profile yourself.
