🎯 Your Path to FGX G3 Certified

FGX G3 Certified status validates your Government 3.0 capability with an independently recognised credential. Here's exactly what it takes:

1. Assess Complete a self-assessment across all 20 Gov 3.0 Capabilities (Leadership, Human Experience, Trust). You'll receive a personalised capability report showing your score on the G0–G4 scale. ~25–35 min Free
2. Learn Follow your personalised learning pathway on the FGX Capability Platform. Close capability gaps through structured modules, Communities of Practice, and peer learning with Fellows. 3–6 months (varies by starting level) Requires FGX Professional Membership ($450 USD/year)
3. Certify Take the formal G3 Certification Assessment. You must achieve an average score of 3.0 or higher across all 20 capabilities to pass. ~45–60 min Included with Professional Membership
4. Credential Upon passing, you earn FGX G3 Certified status — an independently verified credential maintained by the Future Government Institute. — —
