<aside> 👉 Step 2: As you can see on the Miro board, the first step of the Exercises 1 and 2, requires an individual brainstorm. Therefore, each participant has their own canvas. Before starting the workshop, make sure you duplicate these canvasses in case you have >4 participants.

<aside> 👉 Step 3: After everyone is familiar with Miro, make sure everyone is on the same page, by going through the overall structure of the workshop.

Structure:

  1. ****Brainstorm and vote on Unique Value Propositions (UVPs)
  2. Brainstorm and vote on Market Segments
  3. Decide on one or more combinations of UVPs and Market Segments in order to test them through experiments
  4. Build and run experiments
  5. Analyse and draw conclusions
