We're so happy to be working with you and your brewery.
GoBeep launched in 2019 with the express purpose of changing how customers and breweries connect with each other. We provide software that helps you:
How do you know that they’ll come back to your brewery?
According the to the Brewer’s Association, there are over 7,500 breweries in the United States at the time of this writing. Very few close their doors or get purchased year over year, which means the trend continues to grow each year.
For consumers, this is an amazing time since their are more choices than ever to learn about and experience craft beer.
The growth of craft breweries is very fraternal, whether through local brewers associations, collaboration brews, or generally just being good neighbors to the new brewery down the street, brewers have taken a very healthy and helpful approach to the growth of breweries in their cities: if one wins, we all win.
But the reality is, if you look around your taproom on a Thursday night and wonder why some of your regulars are at the taproom down the street, you can’t help but wish they were spending their money and filling your taproom instead.
That’s where the study of customer experience management comes in. Was there something you could have done to attract them your way? Are the events you’re hosting serving needs that keep the place hopping? More importantly, do your customers love your community and feel heard?
Brewers got into the biz generally because they love craft beer, they love sharing their art with others, and they want to have a positive impact on their community. Worrying about other things beyond making great beer can sometimes feel like a distraction.
Like it or not, running a brewery is no different than running a restaurant: consumers have choices, and they vote with their feet and their money. If you neglect to connect with customers and listen to the feedback they give you, your revenue will decline and taproom will trend towards empty. And with a consistently growing number of taprooms in each city, it becomes easier for customers to look elsewhere.
That’s where GoBeep comes in. We provide tools that allow you to connect with your customers where they are, as if you could have a sit down with each one and find out where you can improve, and how you can excite them.
Breweries tend to react conversely if their daily receipts go down over time. Yes, this should be cause for concern, but the science of hospitality suggests approaches different from what our instincts tell us. Remember, this is a low margin business, so there’s not much room to play with the money that you need to make.
