• Before you start working with BOPS, your local authority needs to be set up and the BOPS Lead within your organisation needs to have configured the necessary properties in the system. If you are the BOPS Lead, Find out how to set up your BOPS admin account here.
  • The BOPS Lead for your local authority will create an account for you, which will be limited to your organisation. For example, a Southwark user would be able to log into https://southwark.bops.services but would not be able to log into the equivalent application for any other council
  • 2FA (two-factor authentication) is mandatory for all users. When signing in for the first time, if no mobile number is associated with your account, you will be prompted to provide this number which we will use to send an OTP (one-time passcode). You must enter the 6 digit security code to log into the system successfully. If you lose your device, you should contact bops-team@unboxedconsulting.com
  • User sessions last for 6 hours so you will need to sign in again when this time expires with no user activity
