Visual Dependencies is your interactive tool to map, explore, and manage work item links in Jira. Quickly understand relationships, track dependencies, and make informed decisions in one workspace.

  1. As soon as the Visual Dependencies – Work Item Link Map for Jira is installed, you can run the add-on directly from any work item that matters most or requires your attention:

  1. Your map will be launched inside your work item. After that, apply a quick filter. Having 4 essential drop-downs, you can filter your view based on Link Type, Work Type, Work item Status, and Work item Priorities to focus on the necessary workspace according to your current need (Eg, you can keep only blockers and bugs there)

  1. Next, adjust the Depth to explore multiple levels of linked work items. This allows you to dive deep for analytics or simplify the map to keep a clear overview while still capturing all essential dependencies:
