Common Issues

Premium access not showing If you already purchased Premium and it does not appear active, open the app and try restoring purchases from the paywall or subscription area.

Family Controls / app blocking not working Make sure the required iOS permissions are enabled and that GentleWait still has access to Screen Time / Family Controls.

Onboarding or settings reset If the app returns to onboarding unexpectedly, contact support and mention what happened right before the issue.
