Updates are defined as:
- Case has been assigned to you (assigned officer)
- Response to validation request (assigned officer)
- Response to post-validation request (assigned officer)
- Case has been submitted for review (manager group)
- Corrections requested on application (assigned officer)
- Emails sent to assigned case officer or in the case of manager group to a group email which all managers are subscribed to
- If no assigned officer when to be sent to assigned, email isn't sent
- Officer should not get alerts for actions they take themselves
