Step 1 - Create a Google Drive folder

💡 Note: Although the instructions are for Google Drive, you could also use Microsoft Forms or other options

Create a Google Drive folder which will contain the following documents:
- Messages (Google Docs): The different messages to send to your colleagues
- Random Coffee Sign-up (Google Form): The sign-up form for people to sign up for the Random Coffee Initiative (Example)
- Random Coffee Sign-up Responses (Google Sheets): Tracks all the answers from the sign-up form [No need to create this ahead of time, it will be created automatically when creating the form, see instructions here]
- Feedback Form (Google Form): A survey to find out if your colleagues enjoyed the Random Coffee initiative and if they have suggestions for improvement (example)
- Feedback Form Responses (Google Sheet): Answers from the survey [No need to create this ahead of time, it will be created automatically when creating the form, see instructions here]
Step 2 - Send an email to announce the Random Coffee Initiative
