1. Definitions

“Consultant” refers to Success Elevation Coaching Ltd. “Client” refers to the individual or

organisation engaging the Consultant. “Services” refers to the consulting services described in any

proposal, scope, email confirmation, or written agreement.

2. Scope of Services

The Consultant will provide business consulting services as agreed in writing. The Consultant

reserves the right to determine the method, details, and means of providing the Services. Any

additional work outside the agreed scope will be chargeable at the Consultant’s standard rates.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, documentation, and

access to personnel required by the Consultant. The Consultant is not responsible for delays or

failures caused by the Client’s failure to meet these obligations.

4. Fees, Invoicing & Payment

Fees will be set out in writing prior to commencement. Invoices are due before the delivering of any

services. The Consultant may suspend work for late or outstanding payments. Late payments may

incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties will treat all confidential information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to

any third party without written consent. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.
