Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000/year, based on experience, plus a performance bonus of up to $15,000 annually tied to sales targets, food and labor cost goals, and team retention
Hours: Restaurant open 7:00am – 9:00pm; GM schedules vary based on operational needs
The General Manager is the heartbeat of Nettle Salad Co. You own the full operation – from guest experience to team development to financial performance – and you carry the brand into the community every day, both inside and outside the restaurant. Nettle is rooted in the Mountain West: the trails, the studios, the bike shops, the people who take their health seriously and their community personally. Our GM lives that too. You lead by example, build a culture people want to be part of, and make sure every bowl that goes out the door reflects who we are.
