What is bargaining?

Bargaining is when we and the university administration exchange proposals on desired changes until we reach an agreement.

What are we bargaining for?

We voted on initial demands in April after years of input from workers during our process of unionizing. You can read more about our initial demands here.

Where are we at in Bargaining?

We are still in the process of negotiating with the university for our first contract. Follow our progress here.

How long will it take for us to have a contract?

That depends on us! We need to build pressure on the university to win the contract we deserve, and we won’t accept a contract that members won’t vote yes for.
