If you have not created a wallet you need:
Go to explorer polkadot.js
Press Add account.
We save the address and mnemonics of the wallet.
Click the checkbox to save the mnemonics.
Enter the name of the wallet and confirm the password. Let's move on.
Click Save. The redwest.json file of the wallet will be downloaded to your computer.
