Lena is fixing Africa's learning crisis with AI-powered games kids can't put down. We're building curriculum-aligned educational games that make learning math, literacy, and science feel like play - with an offline-first AI tutor that works anywhere, even without internet.

Our mission is to reach 100M African children who currently struggle with foundational skills.

The Role

We're looking for a Game Designer who can crack the hardest design challenge in EdTech: making curriculum-required learning genuinely fun. You'll design game experiences that kids beg to play while ensuring they're actually mastering math, literacy, and science.

What You'll Do

Game Design & Mechanics

• Design game systems, mechanics, and loops that make practicing math/literacy/science addictive
• Create progression systems that align with curriculum learning objectives
• Design reward structures, achievement systems, and player motivation frameworks
