Why the title is fucking not trad in the steam main page
A Document-Observation game (think Paper, Please) where you are a guild receptionist in a fantasy world.
It’s a really interesting experience playing as a guild receptionist. The main gameplay evolves around checking for errors in the reception of quests, ensuring the loot is correct, and verifying the dates. One of the game’s strongest points is how alive it feels, thanks to the adventurers’ dialogues. They give each character a real personality, and there are some fun references to other adventurers. Over time, we piece together bits of the larger story, gaining a deeper understanding of the relationships between characters. It’s not groundbreaking, but the storytelling is really satisfying. After a day of receiving quests, it's time for the “restaurant” phase, where you serve adventurers correctly. As the reception progresses, you get little story teases through the dialogues. The game adds new features over time to break the repetition. The only real issue is the lack of feedback. Sometimes, I don't fully understand why I failed a task.
