To generate a mutation in the L-Protein of the MS2 bacteriophage to ensure proper structural stability

- RESULTS
STEP 1:
- Identify the transmembrane region and soluble domain of the L-Protein in PyMOL
- Identify unstable regions in PyMOL using the pLDDT Score from AlphaFold
- Recognize regions where residues can be mutated
STEP 2:
- Generate mutated sequences using ProteinMPNN with Fix_pos 41-75
- Generate mutated sequences using ProteinMPNN with Fix_pos 36-75
STEP 3:
