1. Project Overview

ClaMania is a service-based web platform designed specifically for local coaching centers and small educational institutes. The platform enables coaching owners to obtain a fully functional website or a simple evaluation/admin tool without dealing with traditional hosting, development complexity, or high upfront costs.

ClaMania is intentionally not a generic website builder or a large-scale SaaS. It prioritizes real usability, simplicity, and daily practicality over flashy features.

2. Problem Statement

Local coaching centers typically face the following challenges:

• Dependence on Excel sheets or notebooks for attendance, fees, and student records
• High cost of freelance website development and maintenance
• Lack of technical knowledge to manage hosting, domains, or updates
• Overengineered SaaS products that are expensive and unnecessary for small operations

ClaMania addresses these problems with a low-maintenance, ready-to-use system.
