Summary:

This proposal is to retain me (Cyphr) as a full-time contributor to the DAO & studio. Following an intial trial period, I would like to increase my retained period to 12 months to allow me to focus on my responsibilities without concern for my long term financial security. This period would cover the period of August 2022 - August 2023.

Over the past 6 months I have worked full time undertaking the tasks outlined in GM 4.1 — Cyphr 6 month retainer , with the majority of that time being dedicated to the management & continued success of gm. studio.

During my first 6 month retainer, we have reached a number of milestones for both the studio & the DAO. These achievements were made possible by many people, but all of which I oversaw & directed.

My conservative estimate for working hours in my last proposal was 35 hours a week but in reality this number is often much higher. However, to keep things simple I’m happy to continue working based on that conservative estimate.

The DAO staff delegation* may terminate this retainer following a serious default of the employment obligations or gross misconduct which gives rise to a fair right to dismissal, provided that the delegation shall, where possible, prior to dismissal, give written notice to the member specifying the serious default which has been the cause of the dismissal.

A termination must be passed with an additional DAO vote via snapshot
