I love sweet food such as chocolate, ice cream, watermelon, cake, etc. But they make my teeth broken and my face full of acne, so I have to keep away from sugar, which breaks my heart.
And I love piano music because it can relax my nerve and brain, such as classical and popular piano music. This music is quiet and soft, and they companied me in my childhood, adolescence, and adulthood.
I don’t like spicy food for my painful childhood experience.
When I was a child, the doctor said I had two bigger Tonsils than another child. And I also drink less water than others(now I suppose that less water leads to more Inflammation). Anyway, at that time I always got sick of my tonsil getting inflamed. Whenever I was ill and lay on the bed, I had to tolerate the pain like a knife was cutting my throat. This long and painful experience leaves a mark on my heart.
Then I grew up, and I found spicy food makes my throat feel hurt just as same as my Tonsil inflammation. So that’s why I wouldn’t say I like spicy food.
