- bend knees, turn flag thumbs up clockwise, left arm will come in front of you in preparation to bring it up
- legs straight, cinnamon roll on left fist, straight arm, flag cradled in right arm, make sure your flag angle and your left arm angles are equal and sharp!
3-4 bend knees, left arm angle now points down at an angle, look at the ground, flag angle mirrors left arm angle
- Small jump! Legs apart, head up, flag and arms back in upper angles.
6,7,8 hold this position
now this next part can vary for routines and A & B lines
1-2 either keep your flag at an upper angle or bring into lower angles, and pivot on your left foot. bring pointed right foot out at 180 degrees
3-4 keep upper or lower angles, and pivot on your left foot. stop at 180 degrees again (you will be facing front now) with right foot pointed and out to your right.
- bring feet together and bring flag in front of you and spin clockwise
- flag will be pointing up, hands adjusting
- flag going down into right angle
- flag in downward right angle, pole in a sharp angle against the chest.
