As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll help us ship high-impact features across the entire stack — from backend APIs to pixel-perfect UIs.

This onboarding plan is your step-by-step guide for the first 30 days.

🛠️ Preboarding (Before Day 1)

• [ ] Offer signed and start date confirmed
• [ ] Access to: GitHub, Slack, Jira, Notion, staging servers, CI/CD pipelines
• [ ] Set up accounts for design system (e.g., Figma), logging, monitoring tools
• [ ] Assigned onboarding buddy (ideally another full stack/dev lead)
• [ ] Added to engineering meetings & sprint cycles

📅 Week 1 – Setup & Understanding the Stack

🎯 Goal: Run everything locally, explore product and team practices

• [ ] Run both frontend and backend locally
• [ ] Walk through repo structure and conventions
• [ ] Review API documentation (Swagger/Postman)
• [ ] Explore frontend components library / design system
• [ ] Set up environment variables, build scripts
• [ ] Deploy to staging (if access granted)
• [ ] Join daily standups and planning sessions
• [ ] Read through 2–3 recent PRs (both FE and BE)
