About the role
You’ll build and ship customer-facing products in the Solana ecosystem- think live dashboards, interactive flows and embeddable widgets that attract and convert users. You’ll work across the stack with React on the front end and either Node.js or Python on the back end. Web3 experience is not required (great if you have it), but shipping production software fast and clean absolutely is.
What you’ll do
- Own features end-to-end: scope → prototype → production → iterate.
- Build responsive React UIs (components, state/data fetching, routing) for dashboards and interactive user journeys.
- Create back-end APIs/services in Node.js or Python (pick your strength) for real-time metrics, calculators, and widget backends.
- Design data models, instrument events, and wire analytics to measure engagement and traction.
- Package “vibe code” PoCs into stable, production-grade services.
- Collaborate with product/design on UX for MVPs and fast experiments.
- (Plus) Integrate with Solana/web3 primitives when needed (wallets, RPCs, indexers)—support is available.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of proven production experience in React.
- Strong production experience in either Node.js or Python (2+ years).
- Solid with TypeScript (or Python typing), REST, testing, CI/CD.
- Experience shipping user-facing features end-to-end in fast-paced teams.
- Comfortable instrumenting analytics and owning quality in prod.
