Create a full IT and developer onboarding runbook, not just a Litify SMS runbook, so the incoming company can understand the operating stack and find the right sources fast.

What Was Accomplished

• Created docs/it-company-full-onboarding-runbook-2026-06-04.md.
• Updated docs/README.md to index the new runbook.
• Committed and pushed the work to branch codex/ringcentral-sms-broker-2026-06-03.
• Commit: e812800 Add full IT onboarding runbook.

• Live Litify org check and RingCentral_SMS Named Credential read.
• Live Render API service inventory.
• Live Microsoft Graph app-only organization read.

Verification

• Secret scan found no raw secret patterns in the new runbook.
• Em dash scan passed for the new runbook and docs index.
• git diff --check passed.
• RingCentral SMS broker unit tests passed.
