• Every Team Member receives a $250 fund to use on something fulfilling to them outside of work.
• We are not prescriptive regarding what this fund can be used on as long as it is fulfilling to you. The only exceptions is that it cannot be used on anything work related, to pay bills or similar expenses, or to pay toward debt.
• It can be used on more than one experience/item if that is needed to get the total to $250.
• This money is available after 90 days of employment and is given as a reimbursement.

Process

• Spend the $250 on your fulfilling experience or item and request a fulfillment reimbursement form from HR.
• Fill out the form and attach the receipt.
• Receive your reimbursement via check.
