November was a great month at Arrows, though it won’t be reflected in our revenue growth just yet. On the growth front, we’re still working to increase pipeline and our ACV (via closing larger deals + multi-product deals) + launching our new AI capabilities to differentiate our sales room product from competition. You’ll start to see the effects from these initiatives in early 2025.
The highlights:
- Announcing “Arrows Sidekick AI” in the next few weeks
The product team has been rapidly building our vision for a differentiated digital sales room product, and we’re very excited about what this will do for customers. Arrows Sidekick helps sales reps reduce their post-call work from 30-minutes to 3-minutes by utilizing the context of your sales deals inside HubSpot to dramatically accelerate all the tasks sales reps have to do to send quick follow-ups to their prospects. - Confirmation from HubSpot that Arrows will be their “global vendor for customer onboarding” in 2025—a $240k contract
HubSpot’s SVP of Customer Success confirmed to me in person that they’ll be moving forward with Arrows and plan to use us for their global customer onboarding program, with the possibility to expand to other sub-segments of onboarding from there (external partner-driven onboarding, for example). This is a massive win, and we’ll be able to make it into a huge case study.
