FridgeFuel Terms of Service v1.0 · Effective January 1, 2025

1. Description of Service FridgeFuel is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised recipe suggestions based on ingredients you provide. The app also offers optional nutrition tracking, meal planning, and integration with Apple Health. FridgeFuel is provided for informational and personal use only. It is not a professional nutrition or medical service.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use FridgeFuel. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent. FridgeFuel is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them (COPPA compliance).
3. User Responsibilities You agree to: (a) provide accurate information when creating your account; (b) keep your login credentials secure and not share them; (c) use the app only for lawful, personal purposes; (d) not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the AI recipe generation service; (e) not submit false, harmful, or infringing content.
4. Subscriptions and Payments FridgeFuel offers a free tier and a Pro subscription billed monthly ($6.99/month) or annually ($49.99/year) with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
5. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
