We receive a large volume of applications for every role, but we prioritize communication as much as possible. You should hear back about the role within 1-2 weeks of the day you applied, whether you were shortlisted or not.
You can submit an interest application on our career page, and tell us exactly what role you'd like at Calo, and why Calo specifically.
As much as we wish we can do this, unfortunately due to the volume of applications we receive, we are not able to give personal feedback to every person not shortlisted. However, it is likely due to those things:
→ Lack of culture fit (We didn't get a clear sense of how your personality fits our culture)
→ Lack of technical fit (This means you applied for a role that your skills don't match the required criteria)
We do! All our internships are paid and offer a potential path of joining Calo in the future. You can submit an interest application and tell us what internship you have in mind if you don't see an opening for one.
Depending on the university project, and how it fits at Calo. Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you have in mind.
